This image of the Empire State Building framed on either side by adjacent structures was taken during a trip I made to New York in October of 2008. Better days… Well on the way to putting 9/11 in the rear view mirror and moving forward. Always remembering, though. During this trip I saw the beginning of the construction at WTC ground zero. Now, today… flooded by Sandy’s storm surge.
